PRINCETON — Bill Bruce has resigned as pastor of Creswell Baptist Church. He and his family will be moving to Florida.


PRINCETON — A 24-hour prayer event will be held at Calvary Baptist Church and Kuttawa First Baptist Church beginning at noon on Friday, April 30 through noon on Saturday, May 1. MAYFIELD — High Point Baptist Church will have an outdoor tent revival Sunday, April 18 through Wednesday, April 21, beginning at 6 p.m. Bryan Grigg, pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church in Kuttawa, will be guest preacher. Darrick Holloman is pastor.

LOUISVILLE — Dr. John Avant, president of Life Action Ministries, will lead a time of focused renewal for pastors in sessions planned by the Louisville Regional Baptist Association. Pastors can join the sessions on either April 8 (6-9 p.m.) or April 9 (8:30-11:30 a.m.) at West Broadway Baptist Church. A boxed meal is provided at the beginning of each session. SHELBYVILLE — Kentucky WMU Mission Celebration and Annual Meeting will be April 16-17 at Shelbyville First Baptist Church. Speakers include Nik and Ruth Ripken and Todd Gray.
